Great group of people, lovely pub, great selection of beers on tap to top it off!I don’t get to come religiously due to work commitments, doesn’t make a difference, you can arrange to play a specific game for your next visit or simply turn up on the day and see what’s playing… you will get to play a game.Have a game that you want to play / try? Bring it along or ask around, someone likely has a copy and likely very happy to arrange to play.Have a spare evening, fancy a game? Post on the group, suggest a location, a game & a time and you’re highly likely to have organised an impromptu games evening!This is a great group of people with similar interests - a lot of different tastes though.I’m glad I found this games group.

I’ve been playing games in a pub with this friendly group for many years. We’re very welcoming to newcomers, play a huge variety of games, and there are no fees to join or attend. All in a proper welcoming pub with excellent beer and food (other drinks are available).

I have been a regular attendee to this group for years. The group is easy going and relaxed. Game rules are explained by the owners, and the atmosphere is relaxed and social. The players enjoy a drink of choice whilst playing the newest modern board games as well as modern classics and group games. The group introduced featured games so attendees were able to showcase their new stuff or anything from the shelf of unplayed shame. There is no pressure to attend and no fees.

Such a welcoming group. Had a great first time playing with them and looking forward to more. Good variety of games and freedom to join in whatever you fancy
