We purchased an outdoor adventure playset for our kids and they absolutely love it. From the bespoke design process to the swift installation, the process was extremely smooth and the quality of the service and workmanship was excellent from all team members. Recently the kids broke the perspex window - one email and a replacement was in the post next day. Great service!

I would recommend Design Create Play Ltd to everyone. The whole process was both seamless and exciting. The initial consultation was really informative and it was only a few days later that the design for our bespoke climbing frame came through. The team who did the installation were lovely and once on site, (a couple of months after placing the order), it was all built within two days. The climbing frame we now have in our garden is totally different to anything you would buy from a shop, it's absolutely beautiful.

We had our Design Create Play playhouse built approx 5 years ago in our garden and based on our great experience and given that it is still in a great condition, we decided to extend the playhouse this year, creating a Tree house and another slide for our sons. My daughter loves her Playcentre! Our garden is on a slope, which added complexity when we were deciding on what Playcentre to get, but Martin was ever so helpful and guaranteed us that it would not be a problem to install on a slope. Martin was very professional, the selection of playhouses and options is the best one we found and the added value was that we didn't have to build it ourselves. The playhouse looks amazing and fits very nicely in our garden. The whole family loves it - not just the little ones ;)

Martin, Stuart and team built an incredible climbing frame playhouse in our urban garden.Despite the challenges they helped turn our constraints (small space with pre-existing walls) into features. I believe we ended up with something truly special.A couple of the things we valued most, and why we’re glad we chose Design Create Play (over the other 5 companies we considered) include:- Attention to detail. The final finish was even better than we expected (even down to the pattern on the decking, and the diamond-like shape at the top of the playhouse - the first thing my 3.5 year old noticed). They also tolerated our rather picky tendencies during the design process!- Their ability to strike a great balance between their vast experience and our preferences. Most of the other companies we considered either wanted to leave everything up to us, or came up with something that didn’t fully take into account our preferences. I didn’t think it would be possible to fit a good sized play centre in our small garden which is on 2 levels, but Martin made it happen and we got even more than expected! The purchase and installation process was very straight forward, and every step of the way the communication was personal and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin and the team.
