Excellent service and provision really above and beyond. Decking delivered to high spec and very punctually, and then when we urgently needed additional customised provision, ARC provided exemplary support and service and basically saved the day. Very strongly recommended

James and his team were extremely professional and kind throughout the time we used them. We were really happy with the result of the day, they set up; staging, sound, live stream footage to crowd as well as to Youtube- this was also with lyrics.I would highly recommend ArcSound to anyone who needs staging or sound needs.

We have been working with ARC Sound on our annual awards ceremony since 2021 and I wouldn’t consider looking elsewhere. They provide us with an amazing video wall which sets our event apart from other industry awards who still use rear projection and PowerPoint slides.James and his team are incredibly professional and hardworking – no challenge thrown at them by the venue is insurmountable. They always carry out a site visit at any potential venue before I book it, as they can quiz the hotel conferencing team much better than I would ever be able to do.As an event organiser, this is incredibly reassuring as I know that they will have considered every eventuality and even if the rigging is carried out overnight, I’m always confident that I’ll arrive onsite on the morning of the event to find everything is tested and ready for the technical rehearsal. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

James and his colleague were both fantastic. The setup they provided was incredible, the time and effort it took them and not once did they moan, they just got on with it and made my Tribute night to my brother one very much to remember.
