Infiniti Centre Birmingham

I had a very unfortunate experience at Infiniti Birmingham. I thought the sales team were uninterested in selling cars. I telephoned several times, always told the salesman would get back soon. The one day, I waited from 10.30 am until 17.30 pm to receive a call back. And this was after I had already paid a deposit on a car.The salesmen seemed to want to talk over me, perhaps hoping I wouldn't pull out of the deal. Well sorry, your lack of judgement led me to cancel my purchase. I didn't feel special. Perhaps the sales team are only interested in corporate deals, because they failed with this customer.Very poor service. Although, I must give special thanks to the ladies, especially Deena, at Infiniti Birmingham, who in my opinion, gave infinitely better service than the men.

This has to be the best experience of buying a car for me. Not only did i find an amazing car, the service i received was great, easy and Josh could not have done more. I felt so looked after and the very unexpected unveiling of the car when collecting it just made it so special!Josh even took me to drop my hire car back.One very happy customer!

Terrible customer service. I have been messed around so much by these people, which led me to the point where I have cancelled the Q30 that I had planned on getting after two months of waiting. After several trips to the dealership, there was no change. Typical, basic car salesman which I am surprised still have a job if they treat everyone in a similar was to me. I am now waiting on my deposit to be refunded after a call earlier today that said they had refunded it, however this has just turned out to be another one of there lies. They will say anything to delay you from calling them and quite frankly I am tired of hearing 'I'll call you back' or 'I'll get back to you' as this was never the case. If this was not enough to put anyone off, then do yourself a favour and DO NOT deal with Mo or the manager Joe, because they are the most unreliable and inconsistent salesman I have ever met.

Avoid this company!!!! Once you hand your money over they don’t want any thing to do with you.When you go in for the first time they will promise the world to you, and when you sign the contract it’s all down hill from there.Don’t expect anyone to call you back when you have a problem, but if you tell them you want to buy a new car they will call you back within minutes.Luckily my contract is about to come to an end and can’t wait to give the car back and have it all over and done with, I have had the most stressful 2 years from them, will never go back to them.I have never written a negative review before so you can imagine how upset I am with the service.I am almost certain that some of the 5 star reviews are fake, done by employees or friends of the employees, as every one I have spoken to that owns an infinite that has been bought from Birmingham are not happy with the service and wished they went elsewhere.

Not only have I found my dream car, Josh and the team couldn't have done enough for me. They had only had the car in the sales room for two days before I came across it and put a holding deposit down. Josh was lovely to deal with, very friendly and kept me up to date and made sure the car looked immaculate when I picked it up a few days later. The alloys had been tarted up and looked like new. The car was literally unveiled making it a really special occasion. Josh even came with me to return my hire car and made my son a hot chocolate and filled up my coffee flask for my drive home.It's the best experience I have ever had and Josh could not have done enough for me.

Advertising cars they don’t have. Drove for one hour just to find out that car I was hoping to buy is not there. Yet. Another two but different color advertised not there either so can’t test drive anything basically. Unbelievably bad. Seems no one knows what’s happening there. Recruitment must be very poor as I have never seen such a disorganized team. Some models in but they don’t seem to know it when you tell them about testing something. Never going there again. Great cars though but very unprofessional dealership in Birmingham.

Great car but very poor service! Never again would buy a car from them as whenever something has happened to my car it always took very long for any type of response from Infiniti! The staff rotation is crazy, whenever I had an issue and phoned and spoke to someone, it seemed like they have worked there for a day, they either didnt know the anwser or they only just started working there.Just think that the cars are great but not worth the hassle if you need help with anything regarding your car.I had a service done on my car and apparently the oil was changed and topped up, but when I left the centre my car was showing low oil level, which your would of think if you pay nearly £200/300 for a service it would of been done properly but when I got home my car needed another 1,5litres of oil! So please think carefully before purchasing the car from one of the Infiniti centers.

Having purchased my third Infiniti, I have to say how impressed I was with service and the attention from all the staff at Infiniti Birmingham. Everyone was polite and respectful and nothing was too much trouble. The manager, Simon, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to any prospective purchaser. He is an absolute credit to Infiniti.

Don't know where to start... Bought used car from them, waiting over a week just because they need to replace rubber for back sliding window. They not change that at all. Promise me full service, never been done even valeting is poor at this place. Big pressure staff doing everything in hurry. No recommend this place at all, rougher buying cars on the street is more pleasant than from this posh" place."
