I have a small portfolio of around 10 properties with a mix of short term Airbnb’s and long term standard tenancies. I was with a recognisable “established” agency in York to manage my lettings, however the service just wasn’t personal enough for my liking - plus they couldn’t really handle a mix of different type of rentals in a way to maximise earnings (at least in my opinion!).I was recommended Will & Max at PPM by a friend. Firstly I was really impressed with their attitude, but also their attention to detail and knowledge they have of the different types of lettings, as well as how each one works well within different parts of York - so I decided to give them a go. It’s been nearly 2 years and so far I’ve been absolutely blown away by the service - the simple things you want to be able to relax about like routine maintenance and (importantly) collections have ran like clockwork, then the airbnbs have seen the highest occupancy they’ve had in years. They keep me updated on everything regularly, although there’s not a great deal they’ve had to update me on they still touch base with me all the same which is really reassuring.Couldn’t recommend them enough!
