Urban Wave Hair

Sandra is the best! I love having my hair cut by her and I love the chats that come with it. I have short hair and she always cuts it really beautifully and with style. We always do something a little different on each visit which I also love! I would highly reccomended.

Sandra at Urban Wave has been cutting mine and my 19 year old daughter's hair for six months now.Her cutting skills are excellent, colouring technique is skilful. She has wonderful ideas and a really modern outlook regarding style.Always good humoured, its a real tonic to visit her.

I am an ex hairdresser and now live in a remote part of Devon. Having left my fabulous Brighton hairdresser, I was SO pleased to eventually find Sandra. Sandra excels at styling and is a fantastic colour technician too. I am a fussy customer having been in the trade myself but Sandra really does know how to wield those scissors!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! On holiday with my 4 y/o daughter, went for a walk in appointment. The lady just randomly cut chunks of hair without any skill or thought behind it! She has made an absolute mess of her hair. Different lengths on either side and random long strands of hair that I had to cut as soon as we got home. I'm mortified. The salon is owned by two sperate companies, the lady who cut her hair (not sure of her name, an older lady) and another lady called Sandra. I phoned Sandra later the same day to explain what had happened as I couldn't face the confrontation at the time but unfortunately it's just £10 thrown down the drain as Sandra wouldn't help. I'll now have to fork out again to get it fixed elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time.

Brilliant salon, love having my hair done there, wether a cut, colour or the beautiful kératine treatment which leaves my hair smooth, silky and shiny! Thank you Sandra and Charlotte for all you do.
