Lessons with Michelle are just brilliant. My daughter (10) just loves to learn singing with Michelle. She was shy and nervous for first time, but next lesson she was completely different child. I feel she has gained so much confidence. She has excelled in her diction, breathing technique, expression and performance and learned a variety of music genres. Lessons are so much fun for my daughter. Every time after singing with Michelle she coming home so happy and always can’t wait for next time. Happy kid, happy parents. Thank you Michelle!

I started singing lessons with Michelle mainly for breathing technique as I suffer from stress. Michelle with her personality instantly made me feel at ease and after my first lesson, I looked forward to more.I’m not a singer but somehow, somewhere Michelle managed to not only help me hugely with my breathing, she also dug deep and and found a voice within me, bonus! I have always loved singing and find it uplifting especially when doing the housework or cooking. My partner decided to buy me some vocal coaching for my birthday as I will sing in front of him but don't have the confidence to sing in front of anyone else. Michelle was brilliant she put me at ease straight away and gave me techniques to help with my breathing.Each week my confidence has grown and am now choosing some songs which are quite complex which are a similar genre to the ones Michelle likes. Who knows perhaps we can sing a duet together sometime look out Barbara and Celine !

I honestly thought there was no hope for me ever being able to sing a note, let alone tackle an Adele song! Well, after the first lesson that’s exactly what Michelle had me doing. Obviously not perfectly, but Michelle gave me the correct technique and with her patience, brilliantly warm personality and sense of humour, I sang it. So if you’re looking for singing lessons seriously don’t look any further, you really couldn’t find a more knowledgeable or nicer person than Michelle

Michelle is a brilliant vocal coach who taught me so much about controlling and maintaining my voice. I sing in the folk rock band Van Susans and needed to know how to maintain my vocal strength after long tours. Michelle was very experienced with this department, showing me various methods of strengthening my vocals before shows as well as teaching me to sing properly so that I would not damage my voice long-term. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to take your singing to the next level.

When I started lessons with Michelle a couple of months ago, I hadn’t sung a song through for more than ten years. I had spent most of that time in a job that involves putting strain on my speaking voice on a daily basis, and I was worried that I had damaged my voice and might not be able to sing properly again. At the beginning, I wanted only to rediscover my love of singing and review the condition of my voice after so many years of neglect. To say that Michelle has dramatically exceeded these expectations is something of an understatement: I knew instantly that I was in the expert hands of someone who has both a wealth of technical expertise and a kind, reassuring and supportive approach. She was able to identify immediately that my main problem was a lack of breath control and support; addressing this has meant that I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my voice already. It’s also a revelation to see what a difference posture, diction and her very clever and precise little technical corrections can make. Most of all, it is such a joy to have singing back in my life again, and I echo other reviewers here in saying that I enjoy her lessons enormously and feel elated after each one! I’m looking forward so much to continuing lessons with Michelle and seeing how much more my voice can develop in the future.

Michelle is a fantastic vocal coach and is very supportive.I was really nervous about starting lessons, but Michelle put me at ease and is so knowledgeable. I really enjoy my lessons and always look forward to the next one.

Had my first lesson today was very nervous but Michelle made me feel so comfortable. Im a slow learner and very difficult to teach be shes a great teacher. I’m very excited for the process, would highly recommend to anyone trying singing to go here.

I contacted Michelle as I wanted to learn breathing techniques, and to improve the tone of my singing voice. I certainly wasn’t confident about reaching those higher notes.After just 2 lessons, I have learnt breathing techniques and the tone and my annunciation of the words I sing is greatly improved. Certified by my family who have been putting up by my family for years and in 2 weeks have commented on the improvement ( without me fishing for compliments). Last night they even gave me a round of applause. I didn’t even think they were listening in.I would definitely recommend Michelle.
