Everything went very quickly from the appointment made on the internet to the check in branch and the money transfer. But unfortunately I was disappointed with the first quotation because I had done it a year ago and after a year the valuation has halved. The rating has further halved at the branch as there are some very light scratches which I am very sure will not be fixed. The fees for the fast bank transfer are too high.

Really good experience - price paid was still fairly close to the amount offered online. Person serving us was really friendly and made the experience great. They were on time with the appointment, and I think it only took about 30 minutes to sell the car to them. Won't hesitate to use them again.

As a business we had 2 commercial vehicles to sell and called around to several van centres who all gave us similar prices. Someone recommended We Buy Any Car, so I got online prices and arranged an appointment. We met with Adam who was friendly, professional and very efficient. We were happy with the prices offered as they were both higher than others had given and did the deal straight away. The paperwork was emailed and payments received in the timescales promised. Quick and easy transaction. Great if you do not want the hassle of selling privately.

Shay was very up front and clear and we got a great price for our car. We'd heard how lroces would change when you got there and fully expected it, but ours was fairly new and in great condition and Shay was incredibly pragmatic and fair and the only variation in the price was for us to pay the admin fee. Alright if you need quick sale and cash, but don't expect much for your vehicle

Really nice, friendly guy who dealt with our sale. Convenient way to sell quickly and be paid quickly. Just be prepared you are NEVER going to walk away with the online valuation. It's not the way their business model is set up. We had all the required docs...full service history, 2 keys etc. It was a 58 plate Freelander, 80K miles. In really decent condition. He knocked of around £500 from the online valuation...for a paint chip on the front end that had 'been touched up' and a small mark on the drivers door. It's not a new vehicle, so to knock that amount off for a couple of minor blemishes is bordering on laughable really but we'd fully prepared for the salesman speak, and not getting the online valuation before we arrived.

Not a great experience sadly. I was quoted a price online that was already fairly low, but I needed the car gone quickly so I accepted it. On arrival, they went over the car and deducted more from the original quote. Then they put it through a computer system and found some issue that knocked the value down even further. It's not the employee's fault by any means but I was very disappointed by the service and nitpicking. I was eventually offered under £200 for a car worth 5 times that. I urge you to avoid these cowboys at any cost.
