Absolutley fantastic service from Harry Brewer at Metro Rod. He went above and beyond to get everything sorted, unlike Corgi insurance that sent him and wanted him to leave before the job was even finished. He refused and stayed until it was all fixed. Can't rate him high enough.

We had relatively serious fat and oil blockage in our Kitchen \ Washing Machine pipes.Ben Mears from Metro-Rod came round at very short notice, called me up the day before to arrange a preferred date and time, then again the next morning when he said he would call to let us know his ETA. Much better service and organisation than we'd had before with Dyno-Rod.Ben was perfectly on-time and got straight to work after I explained what I thought it might be. He was quick and efficient, and to top it off, just a hugely pleasant, polite and personable guy! Definitely the type of person I'd go for a beer with. He made me feel comfortable and got the work done while I was attending to my own work in another room.He kept me updated, let me know when he was coming and going, and just got the job done, quick clean-up and on to the next job after a quick chat.Highly recommended trade professional and company. I would ask our landlord to get Metro-Rod again should we have any further problems like this.

Recommended by insurers, we were taken care of by Harry. Can't pass on the recommendation enough, his compassion for our situation meant he came a day earlier than booked for and did all he could to ensure our facilities would keep working without fault. So efficient, it meant the price was very reasonable and fair.

I had an emergency on Sunday 26th.. Clarion housing informed me their plumber couldn't get to me, leaving me with a burst pipe and my home flooding.Thankfully your guy Harry attended the next morning, and stayed with me until the problem was rectified.As a heart patient I found the whole ordeal very stressful, but Harry showed immense kindness and care.I would 100% recommend Metro Rod.Thank you so much!

Fully recommend Metro Rod North London, even-though we didn't end up booking the appointment with them, the guy who was on the phone line was very helpful and patient and gave advise well to help save us trouble. We had blocked sewage at the back garden which is very far from main street and as soon as he recognize the fact that the cable might not reach, he recommended us to book a tanker with a waste company directly instead of book it with them as this will save us money, he was right. We booked with convert water and it was sorted next day very fast and we saved about GBP200 at least. We will for sure go to Metro Rods North London first next time for anything else that needs unblocking. Thank you guys!

Having been without any toilet facilities for 4 days!!!!!! I was thoroughly relieved and very happy when Aaron and Harry (London North) arrived to fix the problem. I had met Aaron a few days before and he clearly explained what needed to be done. I was very upset and distressed but both gentleman were professional, polite and put my mind at rest. Nathan and Will were lovely and did a great job for me re-plumbing the bath. They worked very hard and got the job done quickly and well and I was delighted. The office staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you Metro Rod!

Couldn't use my bathroom for 8 days.Harry from metro rod came and saved the day. Lovely guy knew actually what he had to do to fix it. Very polite even made him a coffee. Would highly recommend Harry. Well done mate.

This seems to be a good company for extensive drainage work. We had a collapsed buchan trap in our front garden which clogged up the whole sewage system in our house. After searching around for quite a while we chose Metro rod for the prompt way in which they responded to queries (which was in contrast to some other companies). They really explained everything very well, and gave us different options for the repair work. We also liked that their quote was transparent, and included best and worst case scenarios in terms of work time required. In the end they were cheaper than the other companies (based on quotes) as the final work time corresponded to the best case scenario. Highly recommended.
