Could do with more seating. A lot of walking involved in Kew so a sit-down is needed there are a few flimsy old wooden ones that I'm surprised didn't snap when I finally got to sit down.Anyway it is a lovely station though, even in winter it has a nice feeling... It is probably because it is called Kew Gardens.

Lovely station, well maintained. A fine example of mid-Victorian railway architecture. Alight at this station for Kew Gardens about 6min walk to the Kew Gardens Victoria Gate entrance. Located at the end of Station Parade next to shops, cafés and restaurants. There’s also a fab bookshop and a butcher doing handmade sausages. But check out the pub(next to the train platforms, real handy!) – this one is a favourite with commuters travelling into the City. There is car parking at the station forecourt, also a bicycle park. If coming from the south side take the Kew Gardens station footbridge. Please note: there are no lifts at this station.

Nice station with a lot of facilities. Toilets available at platform. A nice coffee shop just add next to it. A news agent shop. Both platforms are well shed for bad weather as it was raining when I been there.Good staff and very helpful when I ask for somedirections. Lovely location as this station is few minutes walk from Kew Gardens which is the best place to visit if you are nature lover because it’s one of the world’s best botanical garden.

I come here really often. It’s the perfect escape as a local from a busy life. The greenhouses are beautiful and everything is well cared for.

It's kind of an old vibe this station has, but also something new. The coffee place and the restaurant next to it are very much in line with the station.This is the main station when visiting Kew Gardens just 10 minutes or so from the station.

Kew gardens are a real gem that definitely worth visiting. I would choose a cloudy and warm day to enjoy them the most as it would be more pleaseant to have a walk.

Amazing botanical park , and nice experience n the heart of nature.Must see! When you visit London, a bit far from the center of the city ,but easily to reach with the tube!!We loved it!

Not been here for years and it seemed a bit tired, good places to eat though and it’s five minutes walk from the underground station which was very good.

Absolutely amazing place! Beautiful enviroment! Amazing plants and Incredible trees! Really nice botanic garden! We saw lots of interesting plants! Park is clean and tidy!!! The coffee shop at the main entrance is really nice! You Can buy good gifts and flowers!!absolutely recommend! Expext the food in the park! Too expensive and not worth it! Fries taste like fish -too oily and old! Sausage is cheap version! And rude Staff !so better if You take sandwich with You! But the park is Great!!!!:)

A great big green space, hard to believe you're still in London. The tropical glass house is enormous, and it's great to be able to climb up and walk above the canopy. It was a shame, though, that we were turfed out at 3pm so that they can reopen for Christmas At Kew an hour later.
