Having contacted multiple different online stores and visiting a local iron mongers, nobody could tell me what face frame overlay hinges I needed for my particular use case.I emailed Hart and dealt with Martin who knew exactly what I needed (from my poor description and pictures on email). Martin answered my questions and provided me with the exact links as to what I needed. My trial order arrived promptly and fitted as promised. I'll now be ordering the rest of the hinges (and cabinet handles).Brilliant service. Would 100% recommend.

Always helpful, they dont just ship stuff, they think! they have phoned me a couple of times to corrected my mistakes, saving me time and money. They sell lots of stuff, almost a single point of call. Unlike there competitors there prices are competitive to start with.NegativesWebsites a tad slow. (Edit - No longer true) and I wish they would use product numbers, without them its hard to find what you want. Scaled discounts for larger orders would be nice and a cheaper postage for those smaller orders (Edit £10 is the cheapest postage, but does £0 for larger orders)Despite these l keep going back.

Just had a technical enquiry and spoke with James. Whilst a lot of customer service staff would normally just palm you off, James took the time to understand my questions then went and physically checked some measurements for me, to help make my decision. This will result in a purchase. Great website selection and great team!

Ordered a roll of tape for £15.00. Delivery charge £10.00! Ouch.Then the delivery charge is added to the item before VAT is applied to the total. Ouch again. So at least I thought my by now £30.00 roll of tape would be delivered promptly. Ordered on Wednesday and no sign of the item today (Sunday). Perhaps it will arrive tomorrow.Poor service - particularly on the delivery side and especially so given what is charged.
