The customer service here is APPALLING. My colleagues and I ordered through the McDonald’s app, only to find that we were missing two medium fries that were rightfully paid for. We then proceeded to call inquiring as to why perhaps these were left out of our order. The very rude worker then proceeded to hang up on us- despite us having rightfully paid for the fries which we were waiting for. This was in no world acceptable, especially considering the respected institution that McDonald’s is. I do not expect this service from anyone, especially considering that I am not in-fact owed this money by the Beaconsfield Services McDonald’s.Furthermore, the food that we did receive was soggy, bland and overall disgusting- I could not finish it (shocking considering that I am an regular McDonald’s customer and regard myself as a fast-food connoisseur).The food and customer service here was unacceptable- avoid this place like your life depends on it.

Wrap tastes awful so ate a third and through the rest out before ending up with food poisoning which I'd ninety percent attribute to the wrap albeit just maybe contamination via the dirty touchscreen when ordering.

Ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. I stood for 10mins waiting but eyed up the fries already under the heat lamp. When my food was being processed guess who got the soggy reheated fries under the heat lamp?. Me.I asked for fresh fries and the little midget night manager started throwing the fries across the counter and raising his voice. I merely answered back that i'm the paying customer and i should be entitled to what i ordered FRESH COOKED FRIES & TWO HOT CHEESEBURGERS...what did i get?. I got two warm-ish burgers and soggy warm fries and this isn't the first time either at this McDonalds.Night manager was a rude immigrant who's English was non existent and acted like a big baby because i wanted what i paid for.WON'T EVER USE THIS McDonalds AGAIN.

This experience was completely awful. When I entered the building, I went to McDonald's thinking it would be quick, easy and simple to order. I couldn't have been more wrong. I eventually managed to get past the vast number of people staring at the screen waiting for their order numbers to show up (almost all of them were extremely and unnecessarily rude) to place my order. When I got to the front I asked if I could order a Big Mac and I was rudely interrupted and told that apparently I was meant to go to the other till to order. This had not been made clear in any way but the staff seemed to expect everyone to understand it.After I waited for a while at the ordering till a man came over. Then as I started placing my order, once again I was rudely interrupted and asked if I would like it as a meal or seperately. I decided to go for a meal and then I had to repeat my order for him. After a while he sighed and asked if that was it. I asked him clearly if they had Irn Bru and he looked at me blankly and said orange juice?" I said no but before I could ask again he rudely said "speak properly so that I can understand you." How dare he tell me to speak more clearly when in fact he was muttering every word as if he didn't want to be there. "No"

Had to park up and wait....... Fair enough, order arrived and had to get going. The order couldn't of been more wrong if it had had a KFC in the bag! Wrong burger, wrong quantities and all sauces missing! Ordered the new chicken box thing to share between 4 people, which was a bland tasteless meal with no sauces

I would have given 0 stars, but that was not an option. I have had the worst customer service of my life. I had order through my McDonald’s app on McDelivery and despite the delivery driver being lovely, 2 small fries were missing. We rang up about this issue and the rudest person possible ever answered. She was not cooperative or helpful and she hung up on me 4 times this has made me very upset and had ruined my day!!! This is outrageous. She also claimed she would report my account despite this being a genuine order. I tried to explain that she was spelling my name wrong but she would not listen. This is disgraceful.
