TSB Bank

Employees need to stop using nearby residential roads as a free car park all day!! Blocking people's drives, parking on pavements, parking on blind bends and double parking!! These people have no consideration for elderly residents trying to cross the road or emergency services if needed as they obstruct the road. Accident awaiting to happen!! Something needs to be done by the management of TSB..

Waste of time visiting on a Saturday morning as none of the counters are open.I can only visit on a Saturday due to work as they close before I finish work. Looks like I'm going to have to look for a bank which has opening hours that caters for working people.

I was told on the TSB app that my debit card would be ordered to this branch for Mr as previous ones hadn't arrived at my home address... when I arrive a week and a half after it should have arrived the woman behind the counter was completely useless/unhelpfulTold me my card hadn't arrived without even checking.I asked her if she was sure as she hadn't even checked & was told it wasn't there.Unhelpful & incompetent.

The small overweight female in her late 40s that works on the floor directing people needs to do a customer service course, she has 0 manners and is exceptionally rude and obstructive. Time to find a new bank I think.

Absolutely atrocious attitude from all staff members. Asian lady has major chip on her shoulder when half way through serving goes off for a chat to another staff member. I was not impressed and said did I want to be served, huffing. Grrrrr.

Worst bank you can visit, shame they've closed the other better" branches and left this open with miserable moody workers who don't even look at you properly or have any good customer service skills. Absolutely ridiculous.Better off changing banks"

miserable staff, one Asian woman keeps going on about creases in bank notes as she cannot put them through the counting machine. My heart bleeds... i'm sure as where I keep my money requires it to be folded. i am not going to risk losing several hundreds of pounds trying to keep them folded correctly". tuff

What are rubbish branch I went there 4.35 pm When I went to the machine to deposit my money It says I can't deposit Ask the lady manager She said everything close And it was 6 people None of them was working And on the website it says the branches closing 5 o'clock but they have closed everything before There is an empty the Deposit machine so they can go home early Very disappointed what a rubbish Management End the service I've been with the bank for more than Sixteen years Now I am thinking to change

I literally do not understand why they have a phone line if they are not able to answer the phone. I have tired every hour almost everyday and no answer. We had to wait weeks for our phone appointment due to COVID we were told face to face appointments were not happening anymore. Yet on the phone appointment a guy who works for TSB told us to simply just “call” to reschedule for a face to face one as the paperwork didn’t work online. Funny how I’ve been calling for weeks. I’ve been into the branch twice and they have just booked us phone appointments which are not working as the online software just doesn’t work.. sort it out TSB. I now will be opening an account with a different bank. Boycott TSB.
