Recently downloaded the Guard Tracer App for a number of my sites. Its so easy to use and draw down the reports when needed. The tacking via maps is a great feature.Brendan and Adam have been perfect from the start. Always available and quick to respond to queries.Will definitely be setting up new sites with them.Highly recommended.

We are an IT company and had Accutime install and assist remotely with our customers Facial Recognition system. We are 320 miles away from Accutime but the project has gone seamlessly. Brendan is our main contact and he is quite frankly the most thorough and nicest engineer I have ever dealt with in 20 years of IT, no problem is too much trouble and the training on conference call was not rushed and just excellent. This sort of top class service is very important when you are using a 3rd party contractor to do work for your own customer. I will be using and recommending Accutime to my other customers.

Awesome service from Accutime, ordered new Clock-In machine to replace our expired one, arrived in New Zealand from the UK in just on a week and is exactly what we needed, a drop-in replacement for a dead unit, sourced from the UK at 80% of the quoted price from a local supplier. Fantastic service, prompt delivery & great price, Win, Win, Win (except for the local supplier of course !).

We had our clocking machine installed recently and we still have a few queries pop up. Today I emailed my queries and David replied with the answers within a few hours. Brendan did our installation and training and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service so far.A couple of months after installation we had another hiccup and Brendan was very quick at sorting it for us. Very happy with service.

We bought our original clocking in machine a fair few years ago and decided to upgrade that, we looked at the options and that led back to Accutime and Time Tracer. The team at Accutime were as always really quick to respond and really helpful and we now have a much better and easier to use and reconcile clocking in system for our team.
