Booked a holiday to New York for December for me and my partner. Booked this with Vicky, she was incredibly helpful and patient as we have never been to New York, she helped us find the best hotel located near everything we wanted to see. Brilliant service and would 100% be using Tui Dover again.

I booked my dream holiday with Aimee to Bali. I originally came in wanting to book a one hotel holiday however she sold me on the idea of a multi hotel stay, staying in three hotels across Indonesia. She has also recommend me all sorts of excursions which i can't wait to get booked up as well! Going into a travel agents is so worth it as you can benefit from their knowledge and experience, will always book in a store from now on. Thank you Aimee!

Thank you Angela! I wanted to book a holiday for myself and 3 teenage boys but had no idea where to start. It was my first time taking them abroad on my own so I was worried about the hotels, location, what to do out there etc.I spent an hour with Angela and she found us the perfect hotel to cater for us all. This saved me hours of looking online and worrying. Before the holiday a received phone calls to check in that I was ready and let me know if I needed to do anything.The holiday was lovely and just what I was hoping for. These ladies really know their stuff!

I came into the Dover branch as I wanted to book a Caribbean Cruise for myself and my husband. I was really unsure what the best option would be as neither of us have been on a cruise before. I was sat with Vicky who was incredibly helpful, she helped me weight out all possible options and advised me on what would be best suited for us. We booked and are going this November. Brilliant customer service from Vicky, she was very patient and informative. I would highly recommend the Tui Dover store as all the girls are lovely and very helpful.

We had an issue with a holiday we booked on line. We went to TUI shop in Dover and explained the issues we had which were health related. Fiona dealt with us and was excellent and was happy to help us. I would definitely recommend TUI after this and Will look to book in store next time.

She was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions professionally.In this world of online travel booking, I am so pleased that there are still travel professionals of Fiona's calibre! My partner and myself went in store to book our 'mini-moon' break and the staff were AMAZING. Victoria really took her time to make sure we got everything we wanted out of our break and was just amazing! We will definitely be back to book our honeymoon with them! Thankyou so much TUI Dover!
