Absolutely the best auto service I have ever experienced. I have dealt with over two dozen vehicle service shops in my life over the past 25+years. Usually, there is a compromise on some part of the full experience. Maybe the mechanic is not personable, or maybe it is a little expensive, but at Gilesgate you get the best of everything. The reviews for Gilesgate say it all. Chris has a thing or two to teach many Doctors regarding bedside manner. The shop is respectful, honest and fair. The customer’s interests are clearly the priority at this garage. The only downside, selfishly, is that they are so popular. Excellent value. Excellent service.

Just had the most wonderful and helpful experience from Gilesgate. My immobilizer completely baffled emergency car locksmith. These guys fixed in seconds, with a smile. I owe you big time!
