I had a look through their website to see which service I required.I opted for the extreme deep exterior clean and standard interior clean. To book the appointment, I messaged through WhatsApp. The booking was made easily, with the next appointment dates given to me. In my instance it was a 5 day wait.On appointment day, Dan messaged me 15 minutes before arriving, just to confirm with me. Once he arrived he got straight to work. He was friendly and attentive and really does know about the industry he works in. He recommended me services that I would require and cost/how to book them. He also told me about maintenance plans, which I have subscribed to.The quality of the valet was definitely worth the price. My vehicle underwent multistage cleaning, including clay bar to get rid of tar and other road contaminants. The interior was also cleaned to new specifications. Once the valet was completed, Dan walked around the car with me to double check everything was up to standard. The car looked even better than it was when Audi delivered it to me, some four months ago now.Overall, if you are looking into a mobile valet and are sick of your local car wash ruining you car’s bodywork, then I would definitely suggest looking into Jewels Passion to valet your vehicle.Amazing service from Dan, looking forward for the next valet!

These guys are absolutely brilliant! They fitted me in at super short notice and did a fantastic job of turning my car from a skip on wheels to looking like it’s just come out the car showroom. Communication was fantastic and Dan who came to do the job worked his socks off and didn’t stop. He was an absolute pleasure. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
