Trang was fantastic from my initial message online on a Sunday afternoon right the way through to the end my appointment Monday morning. She obviously really knows what she is doing and was very friendly and explained in detail everything as we went along. My ear is no longer blocked, I can hear again and the whole procedure was completely painless and took very little time at all. I’d highly recommend Trang to anyone needing Ear Wax Removal!
