Excellent service and so pleased with the quality of the furniture! We needed something to fit our small garden so bought the cube rattan set with seating for 8 people - its beautiful, really well made and comfortable. Easy to put together and delivery was quick and efficient. We were missing a set of bolts for the table and Eric at Harts was really quick in sending out replacements special delivery - so impressed. Great value for money and stylish.

We bought a 6 seater rattan dining set. Great delivery and the product is very comfortable. We had a small issue with a couple of cushions that have been swiftly dealt with. Customer service is top notch and I would recommend without hesitation this company for price and value and comfort!

We purchased a furniture set for £1500 and decided to also buy the recommended cover to protect it. The cover cost £59.99. After just over one year, it has two large rips simply from every day normal use of taking it off / putting it on. We contacted Harts Furniture to see what they thought and were told we could repurchase the cover for the discounted cost of £40. There are no guarantees this won't happen again, so we don't wish to invest a second time in a poor quality product. To put this into context, a BBQ cover that cost us £25 is still going strong after 10 years. We're disappointed in the furniture cover, but more so in the response from Harts Furniture customer service.
