Insane to think that you can spend tens of £££ on land rovers and they outsource their LR assist service which is utterly awful, my disco went back 13 times in two years and was bought newAlso insane to think they can’t develop technology which secures their vehicles to the point where you get quoted £7k a year (up from £900) for insurance because of the amount of thefts happening throughout London, actually it’s not insane, it’s embarrassing.

Worst company that I ever dealt with. Very poor or non existent customer service. The engine on my car had failed (as I discovered so are many other Jaguars) as it is a common fault on the F pace model. My car was very looked after with full dealership service history. Then the nightmare began. The car was not fixed for 6 months due to lack of engineer. I ended up paying £5000 for piece of junk. Avoid buying a Jaguar or you will regret it.

I reached out to them due to a life-threatening incident involving their brand-new Jaguar F-Pace, expecting a swift and responsible resolution. However, my experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.My complaint was funneled into what they call the Client Care" department

Customer care is definitely not a strong point for Jaguar Land Rover UK. I have now had 1 Jag XF (2015 which I still have) and 2 Jag F paces. Considering the cost of these vehicles and the so called prestigiousness of the brand I have had issues with all 3 especially with the paint.My 2015 Jag XF has see the paint on both wings chip and crack away ( coincidentally after it was out of warranty). Despite the fact this should not happen ever and has never happened on any other cheaper car I have had, Jag had absolutely no interest in even attempting a repair without charging an exorbitant fee, thus I have left it and the car has become the dogs car.My 2021 F pace had a bird mistake it for a toilet and despite being on the car for only a short time caused significant damage to the paint work. This car was still under warranty but as it was due to bird droppings unsurprisingly both Lookers Jaguar and Jag UK have been completely unhelpful and stood there ground yet again as not there fault thus would not repair. I am 54 years old and have never seen a car damaged from bird droppings especially in Glasgow where it rains so much outside of Jaguar. I have subsequently had my paint repaired ( not by Jag) and am know have a very costly ceramic coat put on as clearly the paint work on these cars is very fragile.This is Rich considering the cost.I have tried to get a satisfactory outcome but unfortunately this has fallen on def ears and despite the fact I have always love Jaguar I think it may be time to move on, possibly to Mercedes as have a better reputation. I would be more than happy to discuss this with a senior member of Jaguar’s customer care team but am doubtful they will care or do anything for me thus 1 star is all I can give but 0 would be more appropriate.As predicted, review was several months ago but no one from Jaguar felt compelled to discuss thus one can only speculate the Jaguar as a company is only concerned about there bottom line and have no problem taking your hard earned money but big issue in providing quality!

Unscrupulous business practices at this dealership. Took my 5K deposit and went radio silent for 5 months. Whenever I called them in between they told me a total 6-month wait time. 5 months later now they're telling me a year wait time.Of note, they specifically told me that I can have it tomorrow instead of waiting the full year if I was willing to pay a 20K dealer markup." Essentially they are selling other people's allocations for markup and making customers who have already paid deposits wait for cars much longer than they would ordinarily be waiting due to reselling of their pre-existing allocation and moving them further down the line. Dealership refused to provide me a VIN multiple times and made tons of excuses as to why they don't have it yet. Even spoke to Range Rover corporate but said they cannot do anything for me because the car is not technically mine unless a VIN was assigned to me in writing. Ended up having to take my 5K deposit back. Never had a problem working with this dealership under previous ownership with Reeves. Morgan Auto Group ownership for this dealer has deteriorated my impression of Morgan Auto group and the Range Rover brand as well."
