First class service and very helpful I had two units made punctual and on time I strongly they recommend them.

Had a mishap building a summerhouse, cracked some glass for the door. Ipswich Glass gave a professional and friendly service and cut me some glass while I waited. Very quick, courteous and at a great price, will be my go to when I need glass, great job Ipswich Glass!

Out of the 3 units we have ordered recently all 3 have been absolutely disgusting hot melt inside the units and other assorted dirt and fingerprints.Totally unacceptable for a company that’s sole purpose is to make double glazed units.Maybe it’s time to invest in a glass washing machine

Waited ages for a price after I dropped off templates.Kept being told someone would contact me but nothing.After 2 weeks of no response I collected Templates and went else where,Very poor service

Poor service, charged me for something that was not right, couldn’t care that we were not happy with the glass pieces, not bothered in the least! Would not recommend them for small pieces of work, no customer care, would go out of my way to suggest they should be avoided and to use other suppliers

Not sure how to start this but dreadful company to deal with. Telephone manner appalling lack of response to return phone calls. We called seven times no response. Then tried email which did get reply of sorts However.........Nothing then chased again. Don't Use.

Another one of those places that employ cheap Labour and have a poor customer service as a result. Chance it if you want but don't moan when it all goes wrong. Avoid if you want a good service and proper communication between you and the supplier.

Disgusting behaviour by their representative. Being made aware of broken glass on the public pavement and not only refusing to acknowledge but to then argue with a member of the public that they have no right to bring it to anyone's attention.Disgraceful

Very poor service and really disappointed that these guys do not communicate with you. It's been over 3 weeks since someone came to measure glass for balustrades and landing at my property. After calling them half a dozen times I was told finally they have staffing issues and that they can not get the quote out. Worst bit is they do not know when they can. Was told by Steve Brown who sounds like the owner that I would receive the quote in 3 days.This review is down to sheer lack of customer service and disappointment as these guys are meant to be the best local glass provider in our region. I would avoid these guys as it sounds like they will delay any projects you have.
