Whitley Wood Pharmacy

It was the last time I went to this pharmacy. After handing in my prescription notes, they said that I can collect it in 20 min. I went back an hour later to find out they had to order my antidepressant, and it won't arrive by afternoon the next day, which means for me skipping two days. This could've been prevented by checking if it is on the stock as every decent pharmacy does, givinge the choice to go somewhere else. Now I am anxious and furious as I am doing my best to jave my medication set up.

Very rude and racist staff as always. Never helpful and got timeto chat between other employers instead of looking after customer service. Worst chemistry ever been to

Worst pharmacy ever. Make sure you check your prescription as multiple people have been given wrong prescription which could be life threatening. Since a certain member of staff has left, prescriptions take ages to get, queues always formed outside. These staff take forever to get a prescription done. The staff member that left used to get through prescriptions quickly. Slow slow incompetent staff !

The staff are great but there’s clearly a huge issue with the systems they use. It takes up to an hour every week to get served despite picking up the same thing. It evens takes a long wait to be told they don’t have your prescription.Annoyingly while waiting patiently other customers stroll in and get served almost immediately despite coming in after. It feels like if you are quiet and polite you wait longer while the rude people get seen to quickly.I had to return three times this week, one trip took an hour to walk there and back but was pointless as there was nothing to collect despite being told it would be ready. I lost half a days pay waiting here this month and had to take a day off work to collect after two other joyless trips. No idea why regular prescriptions aren’t pre prepared or why some people are made to wait while others aren’t for the same medications.

Worst at it's best. If I can only give you zero. Can you speed up a bit. Was ask to come back for collection in the afternoon but when collection time you will make us wait more than an hour. You just push us to our limit. No wonder people just loose their patience. Kindly improve your system.

This place is an absolute disaster! The reviews have already pointed out their incompetence, but I'm taking it further by filing a complaint with the Council tomorrow. The staff is incredibly rude, disgustingly racist, and clueless about being a pharmacist or running a pharmacy. They should win a nationwide 'Most Awful Pharmacy Award' without a doubt. I regretfully give them a pathetic 1-star rating, which they don't even deserve.If this was the last pharmacy in all of England, I'd rather drive to Scotland! Avoid at all costs!

Staff are so unfriendlyI have been waiting for 1and half hourAfter given my Prescription but no one has come and ask me anything!I waited and waited till the store closes!I ask one of the staff behind counter even she not said come back tomorrow

Absolutely rude staff! Only 2 people in there that actually care and do a good job is the northern lady Liz and lisa. Everyone else is a waste of space especially the old miserable lady at the counter.I had a very important prescription to collect but was turned away because I wasn't wearing a mask! I am medically exempt and they have no business or right to turn me away. Learn the bloody law! If I wanted to be spiteful I could take this to court and sue the person who turned me away up to £9000! That doesn't include the company! No one in there were wearing masks themselves which doesn't even bother me.

Worst pharmacy and staff. They made me wait as they were chatting about booking flights. When one of them finally made the time to come serve me the other came call her to come check something. Unbelievable. There were 4 members of staff there. I will look into making a formal complaint as it's not the first time this lot of same member of staff do this.
