Hill's Cards

Have ordered cases upon cases of Pokémon booster boxes from Hills Cards and have always been impressed. Only dealt with customer services on one occasion to cancel an order and had no issues at all. I would recommend to anyone. Prices are very good, especially if you buy cases, items are always packaged well (double boxed cases) and delivery has been speedy. No complaints at all from me!

Above and Beyond great customer service!!. I placed an order with Hill cards over a weekend and called in on Monday to see the progress of my order and to my delight they had already sent it out for delivery. I had a few questions regrading some other products I was interested in and each of my request was throughly answered even though they are working under a lot of pressure currently with the demand of online orders. Had a really pleasant chat with the gentleman to later find out he was the owner himself! Graham I have to say thanks for the 5 star service. P.S I just placed another order from the website.

My order of 2x boxes of pokemon shining fates arrived to my house on the release date of 19th February and were also fairly priced. So impressed will definitely buy from here again!

I’ve ordered cards online from here before and the service was great. But I’ve just phoned them and been blown away at how good their customer service is. I explained that I lived locally and wanted to know if there was anyway I could place an order online and pick it up from the warehouse because it’s my nephews birthday and he wants a few specific Pokemon cards. The gentleman on the phone said “ that’s not a problem just call us up when you have the order number and we can pick it off the line for you, it should be ready in about 30 minutes for you…we’ll maybe up to an hour if it’s a really big list of cards”. I couldn’t thank this guy enough. These will definitely be my go to place from now on.

All round shocking experience! The way the charizard upc restock was handled was appalling. Everything from the advertisement, the untimely notifications of restock, the actual distribution and criteria needed for eligibility. Literally a shambles. Sad to say I won’t be using this store again having already spent several hundred pound in the store.

Website crashed constantly on an important release. They had bot protection" in place but it hadn't worked. Would have been better to email invite links to people subscribed to allow purchases in a timely fashion. Wasted nearly 30 mins trying to pay. Disappointed :("

Fantastic company purchased a few things this year from them both their website and eBay always prompt deliveries with tracking and excellent communication and not to mention cards come in fantastic condition and very well packaged will be doing more orders with them in the near future I'm sure 10/10 company!!!

I have made 3 large purchases and one small via Hill's Cards website.I have also purchased various single cards via ebay tooI am very happy to say that things come very fast via the company.Perfect condition and as long as you know exactly how many items (sets of cards or packs) go into a display box and the site dosnt spesifically offer you a display optionall you have to do is order the exact amount and the staff will send you a full display box!They are very competitive on a lot of their products (hence why I was willing to make large orders)and if that wasn't enough, on various products (like the structure decks) if you order 3 or more you get a discount!Trust me, before my first purchase I really searched round the Internet before choosing a company to buy from and I've been happy with every purchase since.Oli

ordered 3 booster boxes from hill cards which arrived damaged due to careless amateur packaging. one of them looked like it was damaged before packaging due to position of the dent. also if you ever buy loose booster packs from here don't be surprised when you get no good hits if the packs are weight-able and have any potential value inside them.
