This out of hours service covers my area so, obviously, I will use it if my dog is unwell & it cannot wait until my normal vet is available.The service provided was efficient & effective. My dog was given the correct treatment & I was informed as to what needed to be monitored & what to do if there were any concerns. Very happy with the service.

After two visits to Vets now and loosing my much loved dog after 14 years I can say without hesitation that we received a first class service.The staff at all levels showed great kindness, communication and compassion during the time we were in the practice. We have used Vets now during previous emergencies and the standard of service has always been high.

Really good service. Contacted by phone. Went immediately to vets and seen very quickly.,given treatment and back home. It’s costs more of course but dog insured. I have used this service before and excellent. All staff really nice and supportive . I am glad we have this for out of hours.

So professional, quick, reassuring, friendly and helpful when had to have an emergency appointment on a Saturday evening. Thank you and definitely recommend. Insurance paid me the same day so they helped greatly with that.

Amazing service! I genuinely thought that was the end for my cat but because they were so quick at getting him assessed and exactly what he needed, he was able to be discharged to his usual vets in the morning and is continuing to make progress.I was able to call them for an update when I needed it, and the vet was happy to text me with little updates throughout the night which really put my mind at ease, allowing me to get a couple of hours sleep and calm my kids down when they worried too.

I feel like I have been robbed, £300 for an out of hours appointment. What happens to the pets of people that can`t afford that, do they have to suffer until Monday morning. I appreciated it will be much more for out of hours but seriously, how do you justify that? An out of hours visit, where my horse vet drove 12 miles to see my horse cost £146. Compared to total bill for my dogs digestive upset and 30 minutes at the Vets Now surgery £500

I called in some state of panic and concern, and the duty nurse talked me through what I needed to do and alerted me to the cost of treatment. When I arrived at the vets, I was processed quickly, my cat was treated very kindly and gently, and her surgery was seen to quickly, so that I had her home again, within a few hours, with her injury sewn up, pain relief and antibiotics administered and she is recovering well with no post operative issues. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Thank you!

When I arrived I was booked in by Endells but then seen by vets now. I wasn’t made aware of the ridiculously expensive cost of a consultation. I appreciate it was 18.30 when I was seen but the cost of it WOW! This company makes it obvious why animals don’t get seen when they need to be. It’s seems like money to them is more important than animal welfare. Although the staff are very friendly and nice people but unfortunately the company isn’t. I will avoid going to vets now as much as possible

Our cat needed immediate emergency attention as had quite a bad infection in a gland. Vets now in Salisbury are so reassuring and great at what they do. We were seen straight away and our cat got the attention she needed. The vet was thorough and really knowledgeable. Would highly recommend if your pet needs emergency care in the evenings, overnight and weekends when your regular vet is closed!
