Excellent service from start to finish by all the team in Duff Cycles.Dropped my bike in for a service/maintenance, top mechanic Tony took care of it and got it back race ready and looking brand new. Couldn't recommend Tony enough for his experience and attention to detail.

Another great experience in Duff cycles. Took in my neglected commuting bike and after a full days work the guys handed me back basically a new bike, excellent service and the team worked really hard to minimise the cost to me where possible which was really appreciated

Duffs changed my chain and rear block last weekend. I collected it on Tuesday and the effort became progressively more difficult on my way home. Half-way home, I discovered that the rear wheel nuts were loose; so loose in fact that I could turn them effortlessly with my fingers. I rang the shop about 15 times throughout today and only got an answer at 5.50pm. The boss identified himself as the one who had released the bike to me. When I told him about the problem, he said he was 1000% sure" he had tightened the nuts and asked if they had worked themselves loose! I terminated the call. Would you trust your child's safety to Duffs? Would your child trust their parent's safety to Duffs? That said

The lads inside helped me get my rear dropout hanger straightened quickly and back on the road.Great team, recommend dropping by if you’re around the area for sure.

Brought my bike in for a service. The team did a super job on the bike and communicated everything they needed to do to ensure I was aware of the costs.

The guys in the shop were really helpful. Calvin is very friendly and super helpful and Antonio made my bike feel like brand new again. Had to effectively change the whole drive train but they had it done on the same day.Will definitely go back in the future.

I wish to thank Antonio (apologies if I have mispelt your name) for the endeavours over the last few days. Really enthusiastic and friendly.To the passive aggressive individual that sat behind the till before jumping to your feet on a whim I wish to communicate my complete and utter disgust towards your aggressive behaviour, poor understanding of bicycle mechanics, poor sales skills, ineffective communication, general disrespectful demeanour and attempts to intimidate me. But you are aware of all this having phoned me fifteen minutes after I exited the shop in an attempt to grovel fearing repercussions.
