I've lived in my house for almost 4 years and everything was fine until there was a leak in my living room ceiling called accent plumber came out stevie wonder in disguise as yep you guessed it still leaking someone came to look at the hole looked at it took a photo and walked out that was 3 months ago accent have no answer forever being fobbed off with oh we will call you back only ever answer the phone and talk to you if your rent isn't paid on time utterly useless and completely dysfunctional as a housing association or new term thieving cowboys

Not the easiest of websites to navigate, when properties are advertised they have very good comprehensive details about it

Accent north east helped with the mental health team got me my first two bedroom house. Not decorated no furniture I had to start from scratch. I knew the people which were neighbours. I suppose there was anti social wrapped around the place but I didn't seem to mind. Sometimes I saw what fun they had I felt like joining in. I stayed in the house for about 4 years but then a district nurse came and saw what was going on. Arguments in the street so he decided to move me. I had the house fully decorated and good furniture I did try for a grant and I'm thinking I was offered £200.Even though anti social was near by I still liked the home but knew it really wasn't meant for me. I even talked to those in the street. I don't blame the tenants as l blame the health authority and this company accent north east.I saw one of the accent north east team at aldi I didn't recognise her all that good but she recognised me still. Stating if I needed a good home she will help maybe they won't have any choice. A nice home with a shower would be lovely as the bath I have is for a small person I have a bad case of arthritis.Well that's the end of this review look forward to more.Meet me on phenomenon times ( utube)

Massive lack of communication between the company not willing to carry out required repairs after living in the house for years. Always a chew on to get anyone to give an straight answer going round in circles.

Honestly just the worst place possible to rent from. All for money, not a care for tenants in the slightest.

Not speaking for other area but for the Sunderland area they keep putting riff raff in the flats parties 24/7 drugs. my kids can't sleep and when u phone the say they will sort it and it never has wouldn't trust them as far as i can throw them terrible company

Absolute joke of a housing association honestly prey they get bought out bunch of cowboys.

Fence repairs are impossible to get done people on the phone promise you everything but nothing gets done poor communications
