At the worst time in your life it is a comfort to have such friendly, kind, caring and efficient support from Michael and the staff at Jefferies.We would highly recommend their services to everyone. The funeral itself ran so smoothly and they were on hand to assist. Maria and Chris went above and beyond for us. They took really good care of my granddad and treated him with dignity and respect as well as genuine care. Towards us as family, they had great patience and understanding and nothing was too much trouble even down to looking at old records to get the funeral as close as possible to his wife’s (as this is what he wanted) they managed to get it for the same time at the same crematorium. They also put us in touch with a wonderful celebrate Lisa Lurring. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you Maria and Chris.

I lost my husband 12 yrs ago and Simon and his team took the best care for my husband and also my family. Everything was done with so much care and perfection and all went as planed. After 12 yrs two weeks ago i lost my father, his funeral took place 3 days ago.I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Simon. Once again a very caring service from Simon and his team. Chris & Maria at Simon Jefferies made our Mum's (Emine) funeral a much better experience than ever anticipated. It was a surreal and tragic time for our family, but having the support from Chris was so fantastic. From the moment we engaged their services, (an out of hours phone call) we knew she was in safe hands. Arranging for Mum to be collected from hospital the very next morning meant we didn't have to worry, and was a surprising reassurance . Just the simple words that Chris uttered: 'I'll look after her as if she was my own' meant so much to me personally. The details and arrangements, the care and attention during a challenging health pandemic, and accommodating us was a support that we will always be truly grateful for. Thank you so much from us all.

I can't recommend Chris, Maria and their amazing team highly enough.With their really personal, friendly, caring and understanding manner they helped guide us through what was a devastating time for us all.Chris or Maria would always be there available to answer any questions, and all our wishes and requests were met.It was extremely reassuring and comforting to know and see that everything was taken care of so beautifully both before and on the day of the funeral.We were in the best of hands and will be forever grateful for that.

I can highly recommend Jefferies Funeral Directors. They made the whole process as easy as possible. Chris kept my spirits up with his sense of humour which I found comforting in the difficult times. They made all the arrangements so that we could have the amazing taxi procession through the centre of Brighton. We are very grateful for their efficient, friendly, and compassionate service.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but feel it's the least I can do to show my gratitude to Simon. Arranging my estranged brothers funeral was an upsetting and difficult time for me especially as it was done over the phone from Cornwall! Simon made a very complex situation as simple as possible whilst always being there for me to answer any questions and offer help.
