Say open until 10:30, prescribed antibiotics by the walk-in centre and told by them to go here, arrive at 9 to be told they are closing so can’t dispense any medication!

I requested a repeat prescription from my doctors on Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Friday. When I went to collect it on Friday morning, I was told they had not received it and they only had my old details on file (from 3 years ago). The lady updated my address and I walked back to the doctors to check the prescription had been ordered. The receptionist printed confirmation of this. I took my confirmation back and the lady told me that she had found my order, and she would start to process it. She said it would be 20 minutes so I said I would come back to collect in half an hour. 45 minutes later I returned, only for 3 members of staff, including the pharmacist to be unable to find my processed prescription. 20 minutes later, my medication was provided, only to be told it's not all in stock and I would have to come back to collect. This in itself is not an issue, nor do I think it is unusual - I'm more than happy to go back another day, but the way in which my prescription was dealt with was quite disappointing.

Been to this pharmacy repeatedly recently for over the counter medicines and prescriptions. Nothing but helpful and knowledgeable staff. The late night opening times weekday and weekends are a life saver.

Helped get hold of medication when other pharmacies could not get stock. Very helpful

Awful pharmacy GP sends script 3 days before you turn up never ready waiting 40 mins no communication from counter staff would only use as an emergency pharmacy moving forward !!

Always seem very disorganised. Have phoned several times to say i will be coming to collect a prescription and they say they will do it then. Arrive 30 mins later and they seem to have no idea about it and there is then a long wait. Often pharmacist has it ready but counter staff do not communicate with them. I now avoid here as much as possible but find it best to order a prescription for a week before you need it to have a better chance of it being done.

Very helpful, got me my private prescription processed quickly, though the item was not in stock it was ordered and came in within 24 hours.We really need to be supportive of local independent pharmacy's especially when they are opening to assist us in the current global pandemic.Thank you for such aa fast friendly efficient service.

Very frustrating to not be able to buy a Vicks nasal spray simply because the pharmacist was not in. The man on duty said he was a locum, beats me why he could not have sold me such an item

Absolutely disgusting charging over £6 for their own small bottle of children's ibuprofen it's only £1. odd just coudnt find any stock else you are what's wrong with this world robbing people NO EXCUSE to rip people off
