Worst post office ever. The guy who was sitting where the parcels are kept shouldn’t be working there he was rude and unhelpful! I showed him my tracking number, he didn’t even type it in the computer just looked at the screen, then told me the parcel wasn’t there, showed him the tracking that said it was delivered on Wednesday he asked for my name (surely this would have come up if he searched the tracking) he looked at 3 parcels and then told me it’s at the heaton branch. I told him it has been delivered here and when I showed him again the delivery confirmation to show was delivered on Wednesday I was told to come back in a few days

Is this the royal mail standard now? Turned up here at 2pm Thurs to drop in a prepaid parcel to find the doors being locked as they were all off on lunch break for 45mins. Nothing about this online. Who's got time for this? I don't! Shambles.

One of the WORST Post Office in the whole UK. Rude, unprofessional, illiterate staff, unreliable service, no supplies ( NO ENVELOPES in the stock), dirty premises, unbelievably long cues with a one reluctant cashier. Extremely gruesome atmosphere in this Post Office. Shut it down and through the keys. The owner/management of this Post Office should be ASHAMED!!!

Awful atmosphere. Long ques and ALWAYS the same person behind the counter who is rude, doesn't acknowledge you or have any basic manners. If you have a parcel to collect then please for the love of God, don't choose this PO. He will try to send you to the heaton sorting office when your parcel(s) are already at byker. The vacancy for this PO has been advertised for well over a year too.

The staff are usually friendly and polite but are always working on their own. More staff would mean less time queuing and less disgruntled customers.

This has to be the worst post office I’ve ever been too , it’s dirty and smells , stood 20 mins for only 2 people to be served the cashier decided to disappear on his phone out back for about 5 mins. Terrible service I’ve just walked out with my parcel I will go else where

The staff are always very polite and helpful, but alot of the times there are big cues due to not enough staff usually there is only one guy and he has to do everything. I don't know how he does it, he always has a smile on his face.

Would give zero stars if I could. The guy serving me had headphones in the whole time. Completely unhelpful and useless. Could not help me with my enquiry. Will never visit here again. Please use another post office everybody.
