All round good company

Paid me for the theft of my VW campervan which was great but sent a cheque out in the middle of a Pandemic so that I have to physically leave the house to deposit it lack of common sense is outstanding

don't try to get insurance with this company, they don't take responsibility and don't give money back

Absolutely shocking company!Been waiting over three months to have my claims settled, no correspondence unless I call up and argue! I’ve been in the motor insurance industry for over 20 years and I’ve never had an experience like this!First claim I’ve made I’m many years, and always pay my premiums in time, never had any issues -except when it comes down to paying out! That’s what we pay thousands of pounds for for times like these!Do not use these guys plenty of decent insurance out their, if you get stuck email me I’ll point you into the directionDisgraceful!
