Our bathroom window handle and lock were broken. Carl arrived on time, assessed the problem and quickly fitted a replacement handle.Carl was polite and efficient and took the time to look at some of the other window problems we were having, which means that we shall be calling on Window Geeks again with confidence in the near future. We dealt with Carl and Neil. Both were very polite and professional. Very good job at replacing a window. The first time they came round to fit the window, Neil wasn't happy with it so took it back and reordered free of charge. Shows the company want to offer a first class service and won't settle for not perfect quality windows. Would recommend this company.
