El Taco Loco

When I have gone multiple times, the vegetarian options is ALMOST NEVER available. This is inconvenient and so unprofessional, and this has happened more than onceSORT THIS OUT!ALSO SEEMS THE STAFF DON'T KNOW WHAT REFRIED BEANS ARE?! YOU'RE WORKING AT A MEXICAN FOOD STORE!!!

Great place to grab a quick bite. Fresh vibrant food as well, the spicy fries are to die for defiantly a must. I would defiantly recommend the taco salad bowl.

Really bad service and I couldn't even try the burrito that I was craving for. I went in on a Monday because the burrito happened to be the meal deal of the day as specified on their advertising poster at the entrance....except when I went upstairs, after waiting for someone to even come to the till to serve me, only to be told that the burrito meal is on Tuesdays..!!! Clearly, they didn't know their meal deals or just couldn't be bothered to serve anyone maybe, who knows! ! I went back downstairs to check the poster again, but I couldn't bother to go back upstairs and argue with that guy to get served anyway, so I just left, completely baffled. I wouldn't go back again, even if the food looks actually pretty tempting.

Waited to be served but nobody on counter and nobody came out until after I had given up. Almost all tables covered in tears and rubbish. Nobody tidying up, food on floor. Dark. Could be so much better.

The service was good but the food wasn't as good. The burrito didn't come with sour cream even though the menu said it does, they didn't have guacamole, they didn't put any sauce on it and they only had one type of beans. Plus the price is a bit high in my opinion, the only good thing about the food was the fries.

I've ate here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. USA style Mexican fast food at a good price. Just what's needed as a change to the regular burger chains. Yes, the staff are a bit difficult but if you're clear and patient with them it's not a problem.

Appalling service, uninterested staff. Went a year ago and barely anything was available. Thought would give it another chance yesterday and there was no staff there we stood for 5 minutes while staff were on eating area chatting staff member finally came and mumbled something, went through to the back and didnt return so we left.

Horrible food, mediocre staff, poor service. Any good review here would need to be bought over. Also @Blueberry when you don't have something you should have it's called bad service, not good. Fully agree with @Lucy Badger.

The lettuce was brown! Was told this had been freshly prepared that day, the jalapenos didn't look fresh either. This was the 2nd attempt as the first time there was no one at the counter!DO NOT EAT HERE

I checked online what time the queen square West Brom store closed and it told me 10pm, I went in at about 5:50pm and saw staff behind the counter so I waited for one of them to come and serve me at the counter and at 6:01pm she came and told me they closed at 6pm. Very rude about it and if 6pm is the closing time they should update it online. Also customers shouldn't have to wait 10 mins to be served then told they can't be servered especially when they are there before closing time. Very disappointing.
