Very timely and professional! The driver was friendly and helpful and the car was very comfortable. We would definitely use the service again.

I was put onto Snap Cars from a site called minicabit. I was scrambling to arrange a ride for my bruh after some options I previously had arranged didn't fall through. I needed a booking within the next 35min or so cause bruh was arriving soon, I found one and booked it. Apparently, they denied the booking after it was assigned, and minicabit switched my booking over to Snap Cars for no extra charge. The driver for Snap reached out to me quickly and I explained to him that I accidentally made a mistake in the booking and he just had me text him with the correct info. I reached out to bruh and explained that booked cab is scheduled to arrive 40min after the made it to the station cause that was the soonest time I could get. He said he understood, and when i communicated that to the driver, the driver offered to leave earlier to pick him up when he arrives instead of having him wait that long. He picked bruh up right when he arrived and got him home safely with no issues I can't thank him enough for it. That is top tier customer service and I can assure you after last night, any time I'm around Epping, i will ONLY use Snap Cars from this day forward. I really appeciate yall. Shout out to the driver! The service from beginning to end was very professional. I contacted Mohammad as our needs were not straight forward and from there onwards he took over. Picking up my elderly mother from Stansted arrivals area and assisting her right up until he brought her case into her home. Polite and courteous at all times. Vehicle was clean and very comfortable. Have no doubt we will use this personal service going forward.
