Excellent service from Darren and his team. New boiler quoted and fitted within the same week. Very good price. Darren and his team complied with all Covid safety measures and cleaned up mess made from fitting new boiler. Very happy with their service.

I had a problem with my combi boiler and Connor from Ecotherm identified the problem , arranged replacement fan and fitted it within a few days. Professional and quick service which tbh is what I expected as Ecotherm have previously carried out all plumbing on new extension fitting new appliances in kitchen area , toilet, radiators etc. All work carried exceeded expectations.You've tried the rest now try the best!No hesitation in recommending.

I spoke to Darren about an issue i was having with my boilers pressure valve, he came round to confirm, then got the parts and a week later it was fixed,Brillant job my boiler is running perfectly now Darren is a lovely guy always happy to help and trustworthy, I highly recommend this firm for all your boiler needs.

I can't thank Darren enough for sorting out the problem with my boiler. He came to service the boiler, noted a problem with the boiler losing pressure. He came back and the problem is now solved. Excellent service from ECOTHERM, I couldn't recommend them highly enough..... Definitely 5 Star service.

Highly recommended. Needed a new boiler Darren came to check what we would need on the Saturday, we had a quote on Monday and new boiler fit by Owen on Thursday. Absolutely brilliant service everything clearly explained and work carried out to a high specification. Will be using them from now on and again highly recommended.

I was requiring my boiler to be replaced before I had a utility room created in my garage, and Elliott came out and was extremely professional and helpful in explaining my options. Once I had made my decision, he was so very kind in suggesting he called my builder to liaise with him to ensure there would be no issues. I was so grateful and appreciative of this. When Elliott and his colleague came to install the boiler they were both great, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone, and I will definitely be continuing to book them in the future.
