We were getting a take away hot chocolate after a sea swim. Great taste; I have coconut milk, and wonderfully hot. Just what you need after a cold water swim

First time experience but will visit again. Good quantity for the price, the sundae was £4.95 and pretty worth it! Would like to try the salted caramel vodka liqueur :)

I've been a customer of Hotel Chocolat for many years now. Other than the very premium pricing, I have only positive things to say. I have purchased many of their products over the years and have always been happy. The variety of delicious products is great and if I ever have a problem deciding what to go for the friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help. There are plenty of beautifully presented gift options available however I mostly stick to the modestly packaged selector" range as this is the most economic way of enjoying their produce. Recommended."

Wow I just had a weeks vacation in Brighton from oxford and all I can say is I loved visiting this branch of hotel chocolat so much as I love the products and teas they serve but more importantly the staff here were so amazing and welcoming and friendly especially the short curly haired young lady in the shop she was really very friendly and had a great personality and sense of humour. I had a laugh with her and said the staff at the Brighton store are much much better and friendlier than the oxford store. I will be back again soon!

I had a great time in here the other day. Lovely staff are very attentive and know the products and there's always a good range of chocolate goods, from truffles to chocolate fruits to gift boxes to booze. This branch even has a cafe so you can enjoy a hot chocolate in the window. Fab!
