Ice Locker Guildford

Wouldn't normally leave a review however Lucy was bloody brilliant. Bought some new CCM Tacks, hockey skates this morning and the customer care was top notch. Making sure they fitted properly, super knowledgeable too! Then later on I got my boots heat molded and once more just beyond helpful. High praise! A credit to ice locker for sure.

If i could i would give Lucy 6 stars. My daughter bought her very first pair of figure skates two weeks ago from Lucy's shop. Lucy spent a lot of time with us, fitting and trying different sizes and brands. She was so patiently answering all our questions. She's very knowledge. We had a great experience. Highly recommendate this shop.

Never been to a store where the customer service, product knowledge and support has been this high. Lucy is exceptional and made the whole experience of purchasing skates seemless. Credit has to go to her... Will be back

Lucy has been very helpful finding me the correct ice hockey and figure skating boots. She has taken her time to assist me with any questions regarding fit of the skates and goes out her way to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the boots!Highly recommend seeing her at Guildford!

Lucy was such an amazing help to me and my partner, we had no idea what we needed when buying skates for the first time, but she took the time, a lot of it, to help us and to make sure we had skates that were right for us. She didn’t have anything in my size when we first came in, but I have big feet, but she ordered some in in my size especially for me and let me know as soon as they came it. I cannot recommend ice locker enough, especially while Lucy is working there!!

My partner and I came in to get advise on skates and after speaking to Lucy (who was so brilliant and easy to talk to) we ended up confidently buying two sets of hockey skates then and there but she then went the extra mile sticking around after her shift had finished to make sure the skates felt good once we were on the ice and even jumped on and helped us learn! 100% 10 out of 5 stars

Lucy is a STAR! Amazing customer service. I never leave reviews but for Lucy had to. Bought online and received wrong order and got no response at all from ice locker online. Panicked that I could not return. I turned up to the shop at Guildford and Lucy went beyond to help. Thanks to her managed to return the skates and swapped them for the right size. She is super amazing, patient and re-ordered the right skates for us. Ice locker should feel very lucky to have her. Brilliant customer service from Lucy. She checked that the skates fitted properly before we left the shop. Thank you so much Lucy for all your help!

I bought a new pair of ccm skates from Lucy, fantastic service and knowledge, she goes over and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, regardless of how long it takes, she will take her time to explain and go through with you what the differences are between each types. Fantastic service

As a novice ice skater when I started looking for ice skates I found it very intimidating. I thought the Ice Locker might be a good place to go as they appeared knowledgeable. This was confirmed by people in my ice skating group that got their own skates from them and said it was a fantastic service. This is now my own experience as well. The people working for the Ice Locker are beyond wonderful and helpful.Ice Locker offers a luxury service. They will spent with you as much time as you need to find the right product. They will make sure you are happy with your choice and they will even follow this up with you. Also, they will explain everything you need to know very clearly and offer expert advice.They are also very well priced. I was very surprised with that because of the level of support and high quality customer service I received. I genuinely presumed I would be paying a bit more for it but that it was worth it. As it transpires I even paid less and got more!

Popped into ice locker today to get some boots fitted for my amazing Ellie, the service was exceptional. The time and attention to detail we received was second to none. Fitting and explanation was very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy customers.
