Wouldn't use anywhere else - Used The Carpet Stop multiple times and have no hesitation recommending to friends and family. Recently had multiple rooms and stair carpet fitted and the service was faultless from the measuring process to fitting. Their knowledge and advice in the Cheadle Hulme branch was invaluable. If you need a dentist go to a dentist - if you need a carpet or hard floor covering go to The Carpet Stop, I wouldn't trust anyone else..

The Carpet Stop Manchester was very good indeed and had great customer service.For us this is our first experience renewing the carpet and laminate floor for the house, luckily we found The Carpet Stop. Great job. All guys are very helpful, very nice to us and they are professional.

I can highly recommend The Carpet Stop. With fantastic, friendly customer service in the shop, clear communication, excellent fitters and competitive prices dealing with them was a great experience. Recently we needed a carpet replacing at short notice and they went above and beyond to arrange a replacement and squeeze the fitting in. Special thanks to Val and Shabaz.

We had a very good experience with the Carpet Shop Manchester when we decided to recarpet 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs. We had good advice given to us when we were choosing the carpet. The home visit was very helpful when all options were explained to us before making a final decision. The carpets were then fitted over a 2 day period. This allowed us to move furniture around in an orderly fashion. The carpet fitters were very professional in their approach. We would be very happy to recommend the Carpet Stop Manchester based on our experience.

100% recommend The Carpet Stop. Val was super helpful and friendly and helped advise the best option for a small bathroom. Even though my order was for a small amount of Karndean Flooring I was dealt with really well and my order was ready to collect within a few days.
