I have at City Seals ordered embosser and everything went better than I was imagining.The equipment Ive purchased is a great quality solid machine. Inside of it has been made really properly!Grant - the person I was in touch with was extremely kind and helpful.Communication was on an excellent standard.Attached few photos to show what I have got.

Very helpful people - Grant ran through it all carefully and clearly, and got me a proof of what the seal would look like before the order was placed. Excellent, prompt service and would recommend the company to others looking for seals, etc.

A perfect experience of buying from them- A total novice I had no real idea what I wanted but Grant was so kind and helpful. he responded quickly to emails and when I sent him my rather sketchy picture he was able to make sense of it :-) he then sent me the proof picture before providing a stunning image plate - The plate and machine were sent through really quickly too and came in a nice little wallet to keep it in - the embossing machine /tool itself is very robust and I can see it lasting ages - took me a few seconds to figure out how to insert the die into it and I was away embossing everything in sight!! so much fun- was bought for my Son and he loves it and is putting it to very good use- I have no hesitation in recommending the product , the Company and the brilliant before and after sales service from Grant -

I had the best experience with this company. I ordered an embosser for my best friend, and wanted it to be delivered before flying to Germany. They delivered it on time, unfortunately while opening the package, I mistakenly cut open the cover of the embosser. The company was kind enough to send me another one before my departure date. The embosser looks amazing and the service was impressive. Please do try their products as it's a perfect gift for bibliophiles. Thank you.

I had need of a wax letter seal, as I am sending a letter of great importance. After placing the order Tuesday evening, I conveyed the urgency to the company at 9.21am on Wednesday and they responded at 9.30am by saying that they would expedite my order, if possible. The order was shipped at 3.50pm that day and was received by 10am this morning (Thursday).I have never come across such superb, efficient and pro active customer service before. Not only that, my order was made in Britain and is far cheaper and of much better quality than the usual Chinese alternatives, which I dismissed for obvious reasons

Excellent service from Grant - he was very patient with my indecision over design and size etc and always responded swiftly to emails. Production and delivery similarly speedy and efficient. Would warmly recommend to others :)

The order was delivered flawlessly and the quality is incredibly good. The print is very clear and beautiful. I asked for a print in another language myself and this was done without any problems. The customer service was also extremely helpful and courteous. I recommend 100%

I can say that it has been a wonderful experience working with City Company Seals Ltd and Mr. Wilson for my new book embosser. The embosser arrived just as I imagined, met my expectations in every way, and I am a very happy customer.Mr. Wilson allowed me the freedom to design my own artwork for my embosser so that I could imagine and express my own personality in the design and text.The embosser itself with a black and gold “antique-look” finish with gold sprays of flowers is beautiful, very high quality, satisfying in weight and looks so nice displayed on my desk.The embosser seal engraves a high quality, crisp impression.It is a very nice and flexible option available that if I ever wish to create another design, the seals are interchangeable in this book embosser.Mr. Wilson was always quick in replies to all of my questions, and the embosser was manufactured and delivered promptly.Now, I look forward to working with City Company Seals again to design and gift embossers for all the book lovers in my family!
