Rachel's Soft Toy Spa

Rachel does amazing work! My doll is over 50 years old and in quite a state but has a lot of sentimental value to me. She cleaned and repaired her brilliantly despite the fabric being so old and delicate. She was also so fast doing the work and really fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for any kind of soft toy repair as she works magic!

Rachel washed and re-stuffed my monkey teddy ‘Mish.’ She kept in really good contact with me, even sending pictures along the way, pricing was more than fair and the work was exceptional with really good attention to detail. Further to that, when there was a delay in the return postage (Royal mail strikes) Rachel even went to the delivery office to chase up where he was and then called the depot he should have arrived at. She went above and beyond and you can tell she has a real passion for restoring soft toys and making sure they were safely returned to their owners. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and would not look anywhere else for soft toy repair/restoration!

I highly recommend Rachel, having had my boy Cuddles for 17 years, he needed a little more stuffing and a bit of a wash. Rachel is so kind and caring, and listened to what I wanted done. Feeling emotional having not spent 1 night without my boy, Rachel put my mind as ease. He will be going for a wash annually with Rachel from now on, he is so fluffy just like the day I bought him, and he can now sit up straight again.
