Simon has been looking after my Aga for 10 years and he comes out every 6 months to service the Aga. Next visit will also be a service and clean to keep my Aga in top condition. Very prompt and professional.

Simon has looked after our Aga for 11 years and he has always been proficient, reliable and fixed any and all problems we've encountered. We recently encountered a problem that required more urgent attention and Simon responded same day and fitted us in when he was able to.

Customer Service is to be somewhat desired. We certainly would not recommend or use again. Rude and unappreciative. Does not return calls, then you are an imposition to his day should you manage to get hold of him. My advice, find someone else.

A first class, professional service. An extremely quick call out, knowledgeable in terms of the solution, efficient and polite. Simon was respectful of our home and quickly resolved the problem. Good value - highly recommend.

Simon, the Aga Man of Norfolk, has been looking after our various Agas for over 20 years. Coke, then oil and now 30 amp electric. We could not have asked for or received a better service.Recently he fitted a Tag Supply Master to the Aga which allows us to charge the Aga when the sunshines. We have 60 solar panels and since it was fitted in early July have not had to pay a penny to run the Aga because of the beautiful weather.We would highly recommend him to maintain and update any sort of Aga and save you money.

Tried to use Simon a few times, each time without success. Doesn't respond to messages. Seems to provide a great service to some people, but that hasn't been our experience.

Simon has yet again come up trumps with another super reconditioned Aga for our new house after providing similar in previous house. He has kindly worked around a difficult installation schedule, been very flexible, and very kind and helpful. Involved at the beginning of the build, he has been coordinating with the builders, kitchen fitter and electrician during the works. The end product is stunning - the Aga looks brand new and the choice of colours was almost too many..... already the house feels alive with the Aga the heart of our home. I cannot recommend Simon highly enough, have used him for years, and know many other people in the area that also do. He has been consistently reliable, and a pleasure to know. Six stars out of five!
