Artichoke Pilates
Great little pilates studio with some fantastic instructors. They really know and understand body mechanics! Classes are very small and because of this, you get a lot of attention from the instructor. It's not the cheapest, but being in a small class with these A+++ instructors makes it 100% worth it! You will definitely start feeling stronger/better from day 1. Very excited to return for more sessions ASAP.

An excellent studio. Knowledgable and kind instructors who understand the human body so well. Going here has helped me massively with flexibility, getting confidence in my body and helping handle a long term foot injury. Cannot recommend highly enough.
