By beautiful little pup Guinness has been going to Heidi's happy hounds for about a month now. So so glad I found these amazing people to after my fur baby. He is so well looked after there, and he loves playing with the other doggies he meets there.i wouldn't want him staying anywhere else..Highly recommend this amazing little doggie day care and boarding. My little Guinness loves them and they love him, thank you so much for all the love and care you give him.

Successful meet and greet (in my opinion). Just a text to let me down at short notice.. Disappointed.I’ll run your response by the dog walkers I walk with locally who’d had the same experience!

Mine are not so happy hounds booked them in with Heidi a few months ago did a meet and greet 2 weeks ago paid a £100 deposit for 10 days boarding at Christmas I got a phone call last night from heidis mom saying that they can’t look after my dogs because their dogs are incompatible and not very social around other dogs (they look after other people’s dogs as a business) and Heidi wouldn’t be able to visit at Christmas with her dogs if they looked after mine you would think that they would have thought about this before and then to top it off I get an envelope back the next night bought by a man I’ve never met with a happy hounds piece of paper wrapped around it think that was taking the piss a little but hey ho nothing from Heidi at all the proprietor of this business I’m not normally fond of doing reviews but at this time I think people should be aware of my situation x

Not so good. Safe to say our boys will not be visiting again. Met these people with our two boys so they could see if they were suitable to board with them while we wereOn holiday. All seemed fine and they told us they would look after them. We also provisionally booked for October later in year,so we thought. We dropped off the boys the afternoon before we left for our break the day after. Archie is a 4yr old pug and Wilson is a lively 6month old pupppy pug.while on holiday on Saturday 22/04/2023 we thought we would message the sitters to see how our boys are. The lady of the house messaged back “They are bit of a handful but we are coping”this worried us so much. So we messaged back that “we were sorry if they were causing a problem.” We were worrying about the boys the rest of our Holiday. On the 27/04/2023 we went to pick our boys up at the arranged time. We had already prepared ourselves for the worst. As we went in to get them we were met in the kitchen by the lady of the house whom immediately ranted “you should get “RID” of that one” pointing at our puppy Wilson. “He’s a bad one” she said “he needs re-homing”. We were both taken aback and my wife picked up Wilson and cuddled him because she was so upset. This is a family of so called animal lovers, yet they feel they can speak to paying clients like that. They also told us that the provisionally booked October dates would not be happening. We are not confrontational so we didn’t retaliate we were given there belongings and we couldn’t wait to get out. My wife in tears all the way home. The boys even had collars on when we arrived our pugs do not, under and circumstances where collars only harnesses due increased danger of breathing problems. They said they don’t walk any of the dogs. The garden is safe and they can’t get out. So why the collars?as they must have been so irritating for them. When we approach Wilson since we fetched him home he cowers and try’s to flee. Why? We don’t know. Right now they are cuddled up on sofa in between my wife and I seemingly happy to be home. Can’t believe we were lectured about neutering and told we should get rid of one of our pets by a so called professional establishment and family of animal lovers. An absolute disgraceful way to conduct yourselves. We payed for a service you agreed to looking after them. You made it quite clear you had no time at all for Wilson. Not so happy houndsand not so happy customers.
