Excellent service from initial contact to finding a tutor. My son has really increased his confidence in A level Chemistry with his tutor Katie who is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. She has been very flexible with session times too as my son has found it very beneficial to have a session with Katie, to help with revision, prior to any exams/assessments in sixth form. This has proved very worthwhile as his grades have improved immensely. Thank you Katie and all the team at Tutor Doctor.

Tutor Doctor takes time to understand the student's needs and matched an appropriate tutor. The flexibility of the tutor and the speed with which the service is set up was key for us. In our situation, it moved our year 11 daughter on to give her the motivation to get her revising, knowing she had the individual support she needed to answer the questions she just wasn't understanding in her subjects. She felt like someone cared and had time for her. It made a massive difference to her self confidence and the way she viewed herself, leaving her much better prepared in her mindset, for her exams.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I had an initial introductory call to explain how the service worked and understand what tutoring we were looking for at a high level. We then had a zoom call with a very experienced tutor who spoke to my daughter about her goals, her preferred ways of working etc and from there we were offered a shortlist of tutoring options that might suit my daughter's needs. The quality of the tutoring itself was excellent, with prepared lesson plans and material and homework - always working with my daughter and adapting based on her feedback. This resulted in my daughter feeling so much more confident entering her GCSE exams and happy with her performance. The billing and back-office support through the period was also very smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Tutor Doctor Cambridge again.

My son has benefited greatly from his maths tutoring with Willem from Tutor Doctor. Initially at GCSE level which also sometimes alternated with science subjects. Willem Is now supporting my son for his A level maths. He has gained confidence in approaching problem solving and taken the fear out of the subject.

Tutor doctor have been amazing at understanding both our daughters individual challenges within their GCSE/A-Level and their needs from a tutor, matching them up perfectly. The tutors have all been fantastic and swiftly built up great working relationships, allowing the girls to progress and feel confident in exploring more challenging/difficult areas within the subject. Pietro isn’t just good at teaching Math he seems to understand my daughter’s thought process and therefore knows exactly at what point she may have got confused and where the focus of the tutoring needs to be.
