I cannot speak more highly of Mark and his team. They were professional, polite, friendly and very helpful. Please see pictures attached ,a section before and a few after. They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the room tidy at the end of each day and the finished job is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and recommend to anyone.

Mark did an excellent job of restoring the oak flooring in our hall and lounge. The hall was looking terrible after lots of wear near the front door, but after Mark worked his magic it's looking as good as new!

Mark did a fantastic job on two wooden floors for us.One was a floor that we lifted a carpet from and found some floor boards in good condition that Mark managed to make look amazing.The other floor was parquet and the transformation Mark achieved to this floor was absolutely incredible.I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and have already passed on his contact details to two friends.

Mark did a fantastic job restoring and treating the old pine flooring in our 3 bedrooms. They weren't in the best shape when we moved into the property, but we are so pleased with the end result, as they give the rooms some character. Mark was a pleasure to have around, was punctual every day and is a highly-skilled professional with a real care for his work. We will be asking him to come back and work on our hallway floor. Highly recommended!

Mark was recommended to me by a family friend, he sanded and stained my oak floor after this was previously painted/stained badly and had lots of scratches still.Mark did a fabulous job on my floors and they are now restored to their former glory. I couldn't recommended him more highly for his services and friendly nature. Mark restored a solid wood kitchen worktop that we inherited as part of an old house we have renovated. Mark's communication from start to finish was excellent, and his advice came from years of experience and professionalism. We could not be happier with the results of the worktop. Not only does it look brand new, but it has become a feature in the kitchen. It looks fantastic and we cannot recommend Mark's work enough. He is exceptional at what he does.

Mark is a true craftsman!Our 1960s teak fingerboard parquet floor had seen way better days. Mark has restored the floor to its former glory with impeccable attention to detail. It proved to be a real labour of love as Mark is not a man to cut corners.His knowledge and advice are second to none and he is a thoroughly nice bloke too!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Floor Sanding.Don't rip it up, restore it!
