Connex is a great agency to work for would highly recommend. They are very supportive. I have been supported right from my interview which was really relaxed, great communication and great support from first applying right through until I start working which then has continued. Fast responses and lots of support, nice and friendly staff and nothing is to much. There is also the chance to do further training brilliant company

Connex Derby have been fantastic helping me with my Supply work as an ECT. Communication is always spot on and they’ve done everything they can to find me the specific year groups that I’d like to teach. Organising week-on-week supply is easy using text messaging and they’re a very approachable team, especially Zoe who always seems to be available no matter what day or time! Great agency to work for, I’d highly recommend them.

I have had really positive experiences with Connex agency. They have found work that is best suited to me and work has been able to fit around childcare and family. Working for them has helped me to regain confidence and I have been able to work in some great schools and secure more work. Zoe has been a great agent and has been very understanding about my other life commitments.

Our Academy has been introduced to Jade at Connex Education recently and during this time, Jade has been a huge support to our school. Jade has been super helpful to provide our Academy with brilliant supply staff when our absences have been high. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

I have been really impressed with Connex Education. I have tried to get work through other agencies and I was disappointed with communication and lack of work however, a few weeks after signing up with Connex Education, I am now tutoring in a local school and really enjoying the role. Chas, who is the person I communicate with from Connex, is always on hand to help with any queries and I have been impressed with his communication and it feels as though he really cares about what I want from a role and if it suits my needs as well as the schools. I joined Connex a few weeks ago and they are absolutely fantastic! They offer you great support and are really flexible, so if you’re a parent who have children in school and would like to work around their school hours and gain teaching experience like me, then this is the agency for you! I have gained a great deal of confidence since working with them through continuous training and support and have always been placed in a school where I am able to flexible around my family commitments but also committed in my job. Zoe and Shannon are amazing and always there to help no matter how big or small the problem is.

I joined Connex in January and I'm very happy with the way they've handled my contract as a tutor. The initial interview with Shannon was thorough but friendly and relaxed. The online training was very comprehensive and enabled me to quickly catch up with all the current requirements in the teaching world. I report back each week to Chas who is always very friendly and supportive. As an older worker, I have been made to feel that my skills are highly valued and I would recommend Connex to anyone considering going back into teaching.
