Needed to have my power socket repaired quickly, as my laptop is essential during this lockdown ! Was very happy to see E-Repair available during this period, Mark has proven to be very friendly and approachable. It was fixed very quickly, highly recommended !

Mark did a great job at recovering all my data from a broken laptop, then rebuilt it with replacement parts so it now works perfectly. I received excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Mark to others.

Excellent service! I contacted Mark to help resolve some reinstallation issues following a factory reset that was plaguing a Mac Pro Late 2013.I needed it fixed ASAP as I was selling it to a family friend - Mark delivered, having everything fixed within 24-hours. In addition, he installed a new fan (at no extra charge).It’s not just the swift and accurate resolution though. Mark comes across as a really nice, genuine guy and it was an absolute pleasure chatting to him.I will no doubt use his services again.

Mark helped get data out of my broken computer and did a brilliant job with excellent service! Provided updates throughout the process, even out of hours, which was much appreciated considering my concern that the data was lost. Definitely recommend!
