In fact, you can close the left post office. The closing time is 18:30. I arrived before 16:00. When the employee saw me holding a box and queuing, she immediately said she couldn't handle it and close. It was extremely lazy and inhumane. It was rubbish and ruined Perton.

Just visited to deposit cash to my bank account. Quick and friendly service from Pat. No problems at all.I’m told there’s a new manager at Perton now and post office is back up and running 9-5:30 weekdays and 9-1saturday. Let’s hope it stays that way.Thanks to those at Perton post office providing an essential service.

Disgusting attitude in the post office section My husband has returned saying that the women told him they were closed, the time being 1.25pm. My husband wanted some stamps whereby they said they had none in a very abrupt manner My husband then spoke to another lady who worked in the shop and not the post office section whom he said was very pleasant. Why then are the two ladies in the post office so unpleasant.

Post office is a sham I am disabled went over Friday they couldn’t take 3 a5 letters. Told to go over on Monday guess what closed place is a shambles. Why not put notice on door saying they shut Need lessons in customer service too. Never again, going to post office in school road tettenhall wood. They short staffed too but made time to serve me this is where I shall go going forward won’t touch this place with a barge pole. All look really unhappy too wonder why xxx

Was banned by the post office when trying to deposit. The machine was not working and demanded to provide photo id which I refused since I was depositing.I believe the managers name is raj and I had to threaten to call the police to get my money back

Was told I can only deposit funds into my account if I bring photo ID. I asked why and the male member of staff because quite aggresive and told me to go to Tettenhall wood.

Just been to post a parcel. Go be told by pat, that she is sick of parcel. Completed transaction with an attitude. Is not the purpose of a post office, to send parcels. No wonder royal mail is loosing money. What a joke

Don’t adhere to their opening hours at all. Totally unreliable. Avoid and use Compton post office. Please correct your opening hours or explain why you can’t open properly. Useless.

Absolutely shocking service! Opening times are made up and constant system issues. No visible management to overview the truly shocking customer service. Pat in particular is rude & unprofessional - the way she speaks to customers is truly shameful. Constant system issues and incompetence especially when it comes to parcel returns. 1 star is 1 too many. Minus stars would be more appropriate.

FRAUD WARNING - DEMANDED PHOTO ID WHEN HAD HANDED OVER MONEY TO DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD IF I WANTED IT BACK I MUST PRODUCE IT!MALE AGENT REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME AND SAID HE HAS SECURITY CONCERNS" CONTACT ROYAL MAIL AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER ASK THIS FROM CUSTOMERS IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE.I WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER 20 MINS OF ARGUMENT AND WAS TOLD I CAN NO LONGER USE THIS BRANCH.COMPLAINED TO MARTINS STAFF WHO SAID THEY HAD ALSO RECEIVED A LOT OF COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTED I CALL THE POLICE WHICH I HAVE DONE.DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY"
