5 stars to James.I was a first-time buyer and needed a valuation done on a property that I was interested in. James was the first person to get back to me, almost immediately, with a quote, a reasonable expectation on time, gave great advice and recommendations, and to top it off, he was friendly and professional throughout.I had a great experience, and I would very much recommend him to anyone that requires his services. He was able to accommodate my inquiry in double quick time, and I had a valuation completed in 24-48hrs whereas some of the others that I reached out told me that I would be waiting up to 2 weeks.

I had really urgent case with a valuation report. Called almost every company from AIB Mortgage Valuers Panel Listing within Co Leitrim, Co Donegal, and Co Sligo and could not get anyone who could help me faster than 7 days till I got through to James. He was able to organize everything on the same day. Seems like he is well known by Central Valuations Unit at AIB, also he is well-connected in the region with property agencies. Yesterday I was hopeless, today I am back on track:) Thank you!
