The meal prep game has a new contender in town. Maz and his team make excellent mouth-watering dishes. Nutritious meal prep by 3rd parties has been boring and very bland.This is where Aspire 1 Nutrition is different. Every dish they make is mouth watering. They infuse that good, good Middle Eastern style of cooking into every meal. Full of everything I need for my gym journey.I wish I had discovered Maz earlier.

Loved this prep company! I have tried many different ones and I have not been impressed but this one is definitely my favourite. From the way they package the food to the amazing flavours. These really taste like home cooked meals , they also offer a lot of variety and you can pick from low cal or high cal meals which is perfect. The best part is the taste of the food, so flavoursome . I'll will continue to use Aspire1 Nutrition in the long run. The food is tasty, the orations are very filling. Zero effort just heat it up .They really are delicious and I’m able to eat a healthy balanced diet of really interesting dishes.
When I’ve had questions for customer service maz has been absolutely brilliant, he listens and takes note of what is been said and always open to suggestions . Very human service and not like dealing with a big company -Have been ordering for a while and I can say that they are the best healthy halal meals . They cater for every need when it comes to diet food . I’ve been using aspire1 since it first opened. My honest review is as below:Firstly, I am an extremely fussy eater so finding food that I like is very difficult for me. I have a fairly restricted diet but still wish to get my protein / carb macros in.I highly recommend the shawarma chicken with golden rice and sweet potato. This meal was full of flavour, the chicken was succulent and seasoned throughout - just the way I love it. The rice had its own kick.I have also tried the shawarma wrap and the grilled chicken wrap - you get 3 small wraps equating to 54g of protein in a single meal.This is ideal for me as I have to work on-the-go at times. They both taste amazing and my honest recommendation is the shawarma wrap for sure.If you like a good mix of veg, protein and carbs you can also get the chicken stir fry which I often order.Snacks wise I like to keep it simple with the brownie!
