We needed to replace our old boiler and Alliance Energy was recommended. We could not have done any better, they were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were reassured by everything they did, that the installation would be completed, at a reasonable price, on time, and to a high standard. It was! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

1st class service from start to finish. Rang for a quote and they were with me within a couple of days and quoted me for a new boiler & central heating. I was very happy with the price and so booked them to do the works for me. Within the week the work was completed. Nick and the team arrived at 8am and was finished by 3pm. They covered all my carpets etc... no mess what so ever and removed all old boiler & radiators. I would highly recommend.

We had a car charger fitted by Alliance Energy Solutions in Feb 22 . Tony and Harry did the installation . They were excellent . Courteous ,friendly ,highly competent and very knowledgable . They worked hard, overcame some complications with the job and tidied up well . They answered any questions and were able to offer a range of solutions . Lee who coordinated the work was also very efficient . Any requests for information were dealt with promptly and clearly . They did everything they said they would do . I will certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them .

I wanted to share my experience with others. Thanks to Alliance for installing my new boiler. I had zero problems throughout my dealings with them. I first saw the Alliance shop whilst driving along Aigburth Road as I was thinking it's time for a new boiler. I made a phone call to the shop & within a few hours received a call back from the engineer. A quick visit & a great quote was given.A clean job from start to finish. 2 engineers arrived at 8am as arranged. They used plastic coverings up the stairs and around the area where the new boiler was fitted. Had our new boiler all fitted & working by 3pm the same day. All working great. I would definitely recommend Alliance to anyone looking for experienced and knowledgeable fitters. Efficient, polite and with an eye for detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Had the boiler fitted within a few days of ringing for a quote as our boiler had completely packed in, all the fellas at alliance so understanding to the situation we were in and bent over backwards to help us out. Very professional and just lovely guys in general , couldn’t have done more for us . Thanks again for all your help and work you’ve done for us :) . Would highly recommend .

I met the lads from Alliance Energy Solutions from a link, safe gas engineers that Cadent Gas sent. Glad I chose Alliance Energy, from the first call through job finish, Lee, Nicky and Liam were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and paid attention to both my needs and property.
